The elliptical vibrating screen combines the advantages of linear and circular vibrating screens with space-saving horizontal installation and high material throughput.
Both the mechanical and electronic elliptical motion screening machines can be specifically varied and adapted to the operating conditions. This is done, for example, by changing the throwing angle, which is essential for the transport speed, and by adjusting important parameters for the acceleration of the machine, such as the vibration amplitude and speed of the machine.
The electronic elliptical motion screening machine allows the speed and angle of throw to be adjusted during operation, whereby the change can be made manually on a touch panel or fully automatically, integrated into the system control via Profibus – without any downtime!
Our electronic elliptical vibrating screening machines react to changing operating situations calmly and without any action on your part. Therefore, fluctuating feed quantities, automatic cleaning and ejection of clamped grain in programmed cycles are no problem. A constant screening result is permanently guaranteed. The electronic components have been carefully selected for the usual harsh operating conditions and are not susceptible to faults.
The mechanical version is just as flexible as the electronic elliptical vibrating screen, but the main vibration parameters can only be changed when the machine is at a standstill.

Our screening machines of the elliptical design E (shaft with unbalance), EZ (cell drive) offer separation sizes from 0.8 to 300 mm and a screening surface from 0.6 to approx. 60 m². Depending on the product, the machines can be designed for a vibration amplitude of 6 – 12 mm (main axis). The machines and thus the screen floor are usually installed horizontally, the screen structure can comprise between one and three screen decks.
The screen box is designed to accommodate either longitudinally or transversely tensioned screen panels or flat screen panels and, of course, also for system screen panels from different screen panel manufacturers. For dusty screenings, we can supply elliptical motion screening machines with a dust hood on request. Screening aids in the form of knocking devices or sprayers are also available as an option, individually customized.
