Crushing & Milling is achieved by a shearing action between the slowly rotating crushing cone and the stationary outer grinding ring. To adjust the grinding fineness, the crushing gap between the grinding tools can be changed by turning the feed hopper. Due to the toothing on the fine cone, final finenesses of max. < 2 mm can be achieved with the Cone crushers.

Performance & Mechanical Features
For long life, the entire grinding mechanism is made of tungsten carbide (WC).
Optional equipment
The Cone Crusher KM 65 can optionally be equipped with a dividing device, so that it can also continuously separate a partial stream of the crushed product in sample preparation systems. The continuously separated fractions can be set to 1:2, 1:4 or 1:8 via a register.
Typical Applications
Our Cone Crushers are particularly suitable for the production of high performance abrasive granules due to the cubically ground particles and the production of sharp breaking edges. The machine is also used in recycling processes, such as the crushing of capacitors to recover tantalum.
