¿Cuáles son las ventajas de utilizar la aplicación?
Dependiendo de la máquina y la versión, la aplicación permite:
- guardar los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP);
- integrar básculas para la transferencia de valores de pesaje;
- evaluar análisis granulométricos y mostrar gráficamente las distribuciones granulométricas en diagramas;
- mostrar la anchura de la ranura ajustada para trituradoras/molinos;
- modificar la velocidad en los accionamientos controlados por velocidad
- También se pueden cambiar los accesorios
- se pueden consultar las instrucciones de uso
- se puede iniciar una solicitud directa de piezas de recambio
- se pueden exportar datos de muestras o de la máquina mediante un archivo CSV
La aplicación y el firmware se pueden actualizar, por lo que se pueden mantener al día.
Si no le interesa un equipo de laboratorio que se pueda manejar a través de un smartphone, también ofrecemos la opción de manejarlo mediante una interfaz HMI con botones de inicio y parada como alternativa al smartphone.

Slow speed shredder for coarse shredding of large, coarse sample quantities to < 10 mm. The crushing roller can be fitted with crushing combs instead of crushing bars to improve the feed behavior.
Cone crusher – Laboratory
Low-speed machine for producing cubic particles, such as those required for dilatation testing. Or as a machine for pre-crushing abrasive materials for the Vibratory Disc Mill.

Gentle fine shredding of soft to hard materials using a slowly rotating disk
Multi-purpose mill
The Multi-purpose Mill UM 100 is used for fine size reduction of metered feeds of moist or dry, fibrous, brittle, or plastic materials with a feed size < 15 mm and Mohs hardness up to approx. 6.
Drum mills
Dry and wet grinding with loose grinding media. Grinding media and drum lining available in many materials.
Available in a continuous version or as a batch mill.
Vibrating mill
