The large test sieve shakers are designed for applications in which grain sizes larger than 40 mm must be reliably determined. As the quantities of material to be sieved increase with coarser grain size during test sieving, this must be compensated for by the sieve surface for representative test sieving. Two machines with screening areas of 500 x 500 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm are available for the respective task.
The GAS has a maintenance-free double unbalance motor drive that generates a linear oscillation perpendicular to the screen plane.
By turning the unbalance disks on the motors, the vibration amplitude can be infinitely adjusted at standstill to achieve the optimum vibration amplitude for your application. The screen set is firmly clamped on the vibrating table via a clamping device, which can also be designed as a lifting and tilting device on request.
As an option, the clamping rods for the GAS 1000 can also be designed as a lifting and tilting device. The screen tower clamped in this device is lifted by a crane so that the lowest screen box can be emptied by tilting.
The GAS 500 and GAS 1000 can also be used as a vibrating table
without a screen set.
