Turnstile divider
Depending on the design, the fed material is first homogenized and metered to the dividing plate. The material is divided using rotary arms, which distribute the material on a dividing plate.
This Splitter is used for dividing large sample quantities, such as those found in bulk goods handling in ports or mining operations.

Operating behavior & mechanical features
The Rotary divider has a vertically arranged disk with openings, which is set in rotation by a motor.
The sample material is fed evenly to the Dividers via a dosing device and directed onto the rotating disk. It passes through the opening in the disk as a «sample» or is rejected by the disk as a «discard».
Due to the simple design, the division ratio (1:2 to 1:130 depending on the type) of this divider can no longer be varied after production.
